Statistician · Computational Biologist · Data Scientist
I am a Senior Computational Biologist on the Computational Discovery team at Foundation Medicine in Boston. I work on multi-modal data (genomics, imaging, and real-world clinical outcomes) for biomarker discovery and target prioritization.
Before this I was a Computational Scientist at the Core for Computational Biomedicine at Harvard Medical School. I hold a PhD in Statistics from the Department of Statistics at the University of British Columbia.
More broadly, my work spans the integration and analysis of molecular data (genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics) alongside clinical measurements, and the development of statistical methodology for high-dimensional data. In both research areas I author peer-reviewed publications and develop open-source software.

Sparse model ensembles under cellwise contamination, with a C++ implementation of the underlying combinatorial search.
Ensembles of sparse models generated by a single multi-model objective rather than by randomization.
